Anger Management

David James & Associates has developed a program aimed specifically for individuals having difficulties with anger management issues. The premise of this program is that by helping the individual change their way of thinking about themselves and the world around them, they can change how they feel and behave. The program, while it may be individualized in application with each client, consists of:

Examining how anger is part of normal behaviour:

  • Strategies to change or offset anger
  • How anger impacts your lifestyle
  • How thought triggers anger episodes
  • Relaxation techniques, meditation and thought control techniques
